The Owatonna Orphanage Museum will host their 5th annual Fall Celebration this Saturday, September 16. Hours on the West Hills Campus will be 2-5PM with admission $5.

Curtis and Loretta return to this year's event with two performances. The duo has an album that features songs dealing with people who have overcome adversity. One of the songs is about Harvey Ronglien of the Orphanage Museum. Former residents of the museum Peter Razor and Harvey Ronglien will be on hand with book signings. There will be additional horse drawn wagon rides this year between 2-4PM due to the popularity of such last year.

The mush eating competition between area celebrities will take place at 4PM. New this year will be a scavenger hunt with a first place prize of a gift certificate for the Holiday Inn Suite along with 7 w5istbands for the Great Serengeti Water Park.

And of course all the attractions of the museum including Cottage 11 will be open Saturday. The event will go as planned rain or shine.
