The National Weather Service is reminding people to use caution when heading out today. Dangerously cold wind chills, reaching as low as 35 below zero, are expected across the region and frostbite could occur in 30 minutes or less. A Wind Chill Warning is in effect until 9:00 AM.

Riceville Schools: 2 hours late

St. Ansgar Schools: 2 hours late
