Jeopardy continues to be a cultural icon, so whenever a question pops up with a local twist, it's always fun to take a look at what it was.

This Wisconsin attraction was recently featured as a question on the popular game show Jeopardy.

On Friday, June 28th, the game show Jeopardy had the following question, "Step inside the "Big Musky", a giant model of this fish, & the highlight of the Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame in Wisconsin. The answer, or question I guess, was, "What is a muskellunge."

The question makes reference to what is known as the “Shrine to Anglers” in Hayward, WI, the concrete, steel and fiberglass muskellunge sculpture is half a city block long and nearly five-stories tall over an 88,000 gallon pond, with a viewing platform for up to 20 people to see a panoramic view of Lake Hayward.

The Hall of Fame is a unique stop for all anglers with over 50,000 vintage and historical artifacts including gear like rods, reels, lures, and much more. Visitors can also check out a large collection of 300 mounted fish and hundreds of vintage boat motors.

Hayward is also home to the annual Musky Fest, it just held its 74th edition of the festival from June 21st - 23rd, the fest includes a variety of fun family events including a parade, vendors, fishing contest and a carnival.
