Tyler Shilson of Sartell had coaches and his girlfriend in his ear at his darkest times, urging him on as he tried to break the world record for muscle ups.

24-year-old Tyler Shilson of Sartell has been training since October to break the world record for most bar muscle ups in 24 hours. And you could watch his attempt.

Of course this record was broken in Wisconsin.

It's over 22 feet long!
