The Minnesota State Fair, a 12-day celebration running through Labor Day, is consistently ranked as one of the top state fairs in the country.

People flock to the fairgrounds for the newest food creations, agricultural exhibits, animals, rides, and endless entertainment. There are over 900 free performances happening throughout the fair, but the main event is always the Grandstand.

This year's Grandstand lineup features a dynamic mix of rock, country, pop, R&B, oldies, gospel, and comedy. (see the full lineup at the bottom of this story)

Over the weekend, I wondered which artists have performed at the fair the most, so I dug into the archives, and I was blown away by the band sitting at #1. Someone on the fair board must be a massive fan of this iconic country act, because they’ve performed eight more times than anyone else. Check out the leaderboard below.
