Vehicle Theft Allegations

The criminal complaint says the victim told police her vehicle was parked outside the hotel and that she had not been able to get it to run because the battery was dead. Rochester police indicated that a review of surveillance video allowed investigators to identify Sneed as one of three people who broke into the vehicle. The video showed Sneed forcing open the driver's-side window before he and the two other suspects jump-started the vehicle, with one of them driving it out of the parking lot.
