Warrant Issued for Dodge Center Man in Child Sex Assault Case
Dodge Center, MN (KROC-AM News) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Dodge Center man accused of sexually assaulting a young child.
Forty-eight-year-old Cesar Alvarado Solis and 41-year-old Jazmin Rosalina Sifuentes were both arrested in February and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Six-Year-Old Victim Reported Assault Happened During Overnight Stay
According to the criminal complaint, the six-year-old victim told investigators that she was at the couple's home to babysit and was spending the night, as she had in the past, when Solis picked her up from the bed she was sleeping in and carried her to another room.
The court document says the girl told investigators she was then sexually abused by Solis and Sifuentes. It was also alleged that after the assault, Solis told her that nothing had happened and that she had to “keep it a secret.”
Co-Defendant in Case Also Missed Court Appearance in September
Solis was released from jail in August after posting $50,000 conditional bail. He was ordered to return to Dodge County Court for a hearing this week but failed to appear. The judge presiding over the case has now issued a warrant for his arrest and ordered the forfeiture of the bond he posted for his release.
Sifuentes previously missed a required court hearing in the case, and a warrant for her arrest was issued in September.
