Child Among Three People Injured in Southeast Minnesota Crash
Utica, MN (KROC-AM News)- A child was among three people injured in a crash near a southeast Minnesota intersection Thursday night.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The State Patrol responded to the crash shortly before 9:30 p.m.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Hwy. 14 and Winona County Rd. 33, which is in between Lewiston and St. Charles.
7-Year-Old Boy, 2 Men Hurt in Crash on Hwy. 14 in Winona County
A pick-up and car were traveling east on Hwy. 14 when they collided, the state crash report says.
26-year-old Franklin Najera was identified as the driver of the car. A 7-year-old boy was riding with him. Both of the car occupants, who do not have a hometown listed in the report, were taken to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
32-year-old Caleb Andrew Schultz of Lewiston was identified as the pick-up driver. He also suffered non-life-threatening injuries but was not transported for further care.
Alcohol was not involved in the two-vehicle crash and all three people were buckled up, according to the report.
The Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Lewiston Fire Department and Lewiston Ambulance also responded to the two-vehicle collision.
