THE 3RD ANNUAL DOXIE DASH IS COMING

SkateFreeCharlie is partnering with The St. Cloud Norsemen on Friday, January 16th, for the 3rd annual Doxie Dash, a fun dog race that will be taking place on the ice between the first and second periods of the hockey game, at The MAC (Municipal Athletic Complex) in Ritsche Arena, beginning at 6 pm.

HONORING CHARLIE BOIKE - LOVER OF ANIMALS

This race is in honor of Charlie Boike, who passed away on December 10th of 2022, in a single-car accident on the way home from his high school hockey game.

Charlie was a huge animal lover and he and his family were a foster family for Ruff Start Rescue, so it only makes sense that funds raised from this year's race will be going to the Ruff Start Rescue organization.

ABOUT RUFF START RESCUE

Ruff Start Rescue works hard to improve animal welfare through adoption, education, and by providing resources for both people and their pets. They believe that every pet should have a safe and loving forever home, and that the families who care for these pets are given the knowledge and resources they need to make sure they are giving their pets the life they so deserve.

WHO WILL BE THE STANLEY BOWL TROPHY WINNER?

Your dog will not only be competing for a great cause, but they will also get their name on the Stanley Bowl Trophy, along with past winners, and be a permanent part of Doxie Dash History.
