Who doesn't love a good night of sleep? It is hard not to want to go to sleep extra early now that it gets dark so early. It's always an adjustment.

Now a new sleep study is shedding light on habits of Wisconsin residents and if you are a Wisconsinite, you'll probably be proud of this one. As a Minnesotan, I can't relate.

Earlier this year, Minnesota was named the best state for sleeping! According to this study, just under one-third of Minnesotans sleep less than seven hours a night. That's pretty impressive.

Now, it's Wisconsin that's shining in a sleep-related study. This will definitely give you some great dreams tonight.

A good rule of thumb for this time of the year is to avoid getting into your bed until its bedtime! Don't watch tv or read a book in bed until you're ready to sleep and hopefully that makes it easier to fall asleep.

It's also not a good idea to doomscroll or go on TikTok before bed but sometimes it's just too tempting!
