Wisconsin Christmas Train Ride Makes Top 10 In USA Today

USA Today has a list of the best Christmas Trains in the United States. They looked at family-favorite, kid-approved train rides around the country and compiled a list of the best.
Number 1 On The List - Napa Valley Wine Train
The number one train ride in the United States on their list is the Napa Valley Wine Train. The wine train normally allows passengers to sip wine and overlook the vineyards as the train passes through the wine country. When it comes to the holiday season, they offer four different train ride experiences that are all kid-friendly and well-attended.
Number 2 On The List - Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad
The Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad goes through Wisconsin's North Woods. The train station is in Trego, Wisconsin and they offer several different train rides for the holiday season. USA Today named it number 2 on their list.

They highlighted the family-friendly Santa Pizza Train. You guessed it - it includes a train ride with pizza and getting to meet the big guy himself!
The train ride is about two hours and goes through 15 miles of scenic Wisconsin woods. You also get a photo with Santa, cookies, and a hot beverage.
Adults-Only Holiday Wine Train
Looking for something for just couples? The Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad also offers a holiday wine train where you can sip on wine, snack, and have access to a full bar.
