Last Friday was the annual Christmas City of The North Parade in Duluth, followed by the opening of Bentleyville for the season on Saturday, and then snow arrived on Sunday and continued into Monday morning.

Now that it's Thanksgiving week and it looks like winter throughout the Northland, so it's time to embrace the holiday season's official arrival.

If you still think it's too soon, another thing is happening that may change your mind: Santa Claus is coming to town! When Santa's helpers start arriving to visit with kids and the young at heart, every Grinch and Scrooge must admit that it's the Christmas season.

Miller Hill Mall Announces Santa's Arrival

Recently, the Miller Hill Mall in Duluth announced that Northland families can meet Santa at the mall as part of the Simon Santa Photo Experience. Santa will arrive on Wednesday, November 27, and will be available for all to see until Christmas Eve.

The Santa Photo Experience will be open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Reservations are encouraged. Make Santa reservations today by clicking the button below.

Miller Hill Mall shoppers may also meet Santa during a special breakfast. The Breakfast with Santa will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 7. Not only can families enjoy a delicious breakfast, but they'll have the opportunity to visit with Santa at Applebee's. This event is first come, first served and no reservations are needed.

Santa And His Reindeer Set To Visit Fitger's

Fitger's Brewery Complex in Duluth also made a fun announcement regarding a visit from Jolly Saint Nicholas. On Friday, November 29, Santa and his reindeer will arrive. Northland families can visit with Santa and his live reindeer the day after Thanksgiving from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and take some fun pictures.
