'Tis the season for consistent snowfall and cold temperatures, although things have been pretty mild so far this year in the Northland.

We saw a light dusting of snow, as predicted, earlier this week but otherwise, it's been pretty warm and mild for this time of the year.

All of this to say, we haven't had our first real snowfall of the season just yet. At the time of writing, we are forecast to get just that this weekend in Duluth. 

The National Weather Service of Duluth shared details about this weekend snowfall, stating that a clipper system will bring some snow our way, at least two inches or more.

While we aren't looking at a major dumping of snow, it will be enough to be our first official snowfall of the season, per their post.

Midwest Weather echoed this sentiment, forecasting about two to four inches of snow for the Duluth area. Areas further south in Minnesota will get a little less.

Because this is set to be our first measurable snowfall in the area, your commute Monday morning (November 25th) could be a little bit tricky. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time.
