A flurry of activity brought the Minnesota legislative session to an end at midnight Sunday. Though the session had to end at midnight there are still things up in the air. Governor Mark Dayton has 14 days to decide whether to veto certain pieces. Among the items awaiting the action of the Governor is the capital investment bill approved by the Minnesota legislature. This would provide the funds to complete the Highway 14 project between Owatonna and Dodge Center. A topic that is brought up on a regular basis by law makers, chambers of commerce and citizens. Representative John Petersburg says he's pleased and offers these comments.
