Weekend Holiday Planner

There are lots of Holiday related events this weekend.. They include:

Friday, Dec. 5th it's the Blooming Prairie Holiday Dazzle

Saturday there will be a Holiday Gift Sale and Bake Sale at the Rice Lake Church from 8 till 1pm.

Saturday it's the annual Wild Game Feed at Geneva Bar and Grill with serving starting at 10. Proceeds to benefit the Eagles Cancer Telethon. Items on the menu include wild turkey, alligator, duck and other wild game.

Saturday, Ellendale celebrates Christmas in the Country from noon till 5. Santa will be stopping by and the craft sale and bazaar will be in the Community Center.

Breakfast with Santa is Sunday at the Owatonna VFW. Bring along a toy for Toys for Tots and get a picture with Santa. Hours will be 8 till noon.

The Christmas Cantata will be Sunday at 2 at the Clarks Grove Baptist Church and again at 7pm at the Ellendale Methodist Church.

The Homestead Hospice Star of Hope Lighting is Sunday. a program of music, prayer and remembrance will be held starting at 5pm at the DayBreak Church. A gift of 10 dollars or a donation of your choice will help to light the star.
