The Habitat for Humanity of Steele-Waseca Area will be hosting a fundraising UV Splash. This is a familiar Color Dash run at night using neon colors that are visible under black lights. The event will begin in the Cabela's parking lot and the run will continue to the Christian Family Church and through the Walser lot and back to Cabela's. Participants are welcome to run the course twice should they choose.

Packet pickup and registration on October 24 begins at 7PM and the Color Dash starts at 9PM.

The cost is $40 for an individual, $35 if part of a team or $80 for a family. The proceeds benefit the Habitat for Humanity of Steele-Waseca Area.

Habitat is getting ready to frame the walls on the home they are building in Waseca. People interested in volunteering are asked to call (507) 446-0112. Learn more from the Waseca Chamber of Commerce.
