The Minnesota Twins being the 2014 regular season today in Chicago and you can hear all the action on Your Home for the Huskies and Twins, KRFO-AM 1390, starting at 2:30 p.m. 

The Twins will send newly acquired free agent pitcher Ricky Nolasco to the mound to oppose White Sox lefty Chris Sale.  First pitch is at 3:05.  The Twins will have a few new faces in today's lineup, including veteran catcher Kurt Suzuki, and Joe Mauer will play first base on Opening Day for the first time in his career.  Jason Kubel, who played for the Twins from 2004-2011 before spending the last two seasons in Arizona and Cleveland, is expected to be back in the outfield for Minnesota today.

Last season the Twins won 11 of the 19 games against the White Sox, who finished in last place (Three games behind the Twins) in the AL Central.

Twins manager Ron Gardenhire, who received a two-year contract extension at the end of last season, begins his 14th season as skipper for Minnesota. All Twins games can be heard on KRFO-AM 1390.
