We all know that the Vikings are going to be playing the Eagles on Sunday, for the NFC Championship. Whoever wins this game (the Vikings) will be in the Superbowl, so of course the Vikings will win. They have to, the game is at the Bank. Can anyone say home field advantage?

In anticipation of the game, and in celebration, an email went out earlier this week, we are having a tailgate pot luck tomorrow. We should all be in our Vikings gear, and any Packer fans in the office are also invited. They're out for the season, so we should include them.

This brings me to the age old question, what on earth should I bring? There will be grilling done, hey it's MN, and we do that in the Winter too. So, besides grilled meat, how much effort should I go to? I have a couple of great salad recipes, but, I'm not sure how well that will work for a tailgate party. However, one them calls for a pound of bacon, can't really go wrong with bacon, ever.

Are you having a pregame celebration in your workplace? What are you planning to bring? Help me out here, I need ideas. If you need your own ideas, you can check out The Food Network's page of ideas as well. I think I know what I'm going to be doing this afternoon, looking at recipes.
