Sports author Bob Showers grew up in Iowa but fell in love with the Minnesota Twins during their time at Met Stadium. He was in Owatonna on Thursday to share stories from his book.

Author Bob Showers will be in Owatonna on Thursday to make a presentation on his book, The Twins at the Met. The historical society will host this at 7PM at the History Center on June 11.
