Candy buy-back is Nov. 1
The Owatonna Hospital will offer a Halloween candy buy-back on November 1 from 11AM to 2PM in the main lobby.
Kids will receive $1.50 per pound of candy with a limit of 3 pounds per child.
Children ages 2-12 are eligible for the buy-back and the buy-back is for store-bought, wrapped candy only...
