Steele County Blades players Wilson Anderle of Hanover, Minnesota, and Hunter Marsh of Dillon, Colorado, have announced commitments to play college hockey.

Anderle has decided to play at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, according to a news release from the United State Premier Hockey League. Anderle played two seasons with the Steele County Blades. He was the second-leading scorer for the team in the 2015-16 season with 22 goals and 34 assists for 56 points. With 88 points over two seasons, he ranks first in total points in the four-year history of the Blades.

Anderle won the team's Most Valuable Player award and the Hardest Worker award this past winter. Steele County coach Nick Adamek said in the news release that Anderle is a good team leader with a great work ethic.

The Blades and the U.S. Premier League also announce that goaltender Hunter Marsh has committed to play at Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa. Adamek said in the release that Marsh "is a great young man with a bright future in front of him."
