Spare Time Entertainment of Owatonna made donations to Youth 1st and the fastpitch softball association with its charitable gambling proceeds.

Youth 1st shares Spare Time Entertainment bingo proceeds with the Owatonna Youth Fastpitch Softball Association (OYFSA).

Youth 1st partnered with one of it’s Chapter Member organizations, OYFSA, to enlist volunteers from its organization to serve patrons playing bingo at Spare Time Entertainment. The partnership generated donations that supported a U12 OYFSA girl’s softball team during the 2014 summer season.  The Spare Time Entertainment sponsored OYFSA team also won a Real Winning Team award from Youth 1st for the positive conduct and good sportsmanship exhibited by the team’s players, coaches and parents.  Spare Time Entertainment will start this year’s bingo season, partnering with Youth 1st and OYFSA, in October.

Spare Time Entertainment donated over $5000 to Youth 1st from charitable gambling proceeds generated by Saturday bingo and other activities held at Spare Time Entertainment. Youth 1st uses a portion of the proceeds to support OHS Bowling Team activities as a member of the Owatonna Youth 1st Chapter.

“We are very appreciative of the generosity and support that the ownership and staff at Spare Time Entertainment has show us.  They are building a great asset for the community and they are a great partner!”
