Sheriff’s Office Looking For Youth With Possible Owatonna Ties

The Carver County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's assistance in locating 13 year old Jenup Stephen Chop. Chop reportedly left his residence in the city of Carver around 3AM on Monday, August 13 in an Uber. He is believed to be traveling with his non-custodial father, Stephen Gatrek Chop age 43. Janup was dropped off at Highway 60 and I-35 where it is believed he met up with his father. The teen is 6 feet tall and weighs around 135 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

The elder Chop may be driving a silver 2006 Nissan Altima with the Minnesota plates of 374JZY. The Carver County Sheriff's Office reports that the Chops have ties to Austin and possibly Owatonna.
