After losing the lead in the top of the seventh inning to Albert Lea, Owatonna scored twice in the last frame to get a 10-9 win over the Tigers at Morehouse Park on Thursday.

Ellie Rohman drove in Kenzie Karsten with the winning run shortly after Karsten had tied the game with a run-scoring triple. Tory Buck went 2-for-3 with a walk and three runs scored. Tianna Blazek got the pitching victory. OHS goes to defending AAA champ Mankato West on Tuesday.

Owatonna baseball dropped a 5-1 decision at Albert Lea on Thursday. The Huskies face Mankato East on Friday night at 8:15PM at US Bank Stadium on Kat Kountry 105FM.

NRHEG softball lost a slugfest against Maple River 10-9. The Eagles pounded out 16 hits. Big hitters for the Panthers included Gabby Muri with a home run, Kayley Camerer had three hits, which included two doubles, and Sarah John went 3-for-4.

Maple River beat the NRHEG baseball squad 11-0, tossing a one-hitter.

Blooming Prairie softball whipped United South Central 11-1 in five innings. McKenna threw a three-hitter. Linnea Sunde and Bria Baldwin each drove in two runs.

Blooming Prairie baseball lost 8-4 to USC.
