River Bend Nature Center’s Winterfest

River Bend Nature Center in Faribault will host their annual Winterfest this Saturday, January 21. Hours will be from 1-4PM. Admission is $7 per person or $5 if you're a River Bend member. There's a $25 limit for families and a $20 for families who are members.

Activities scheduled include horse-drawn sleigh rides, blizzard mini golf, live animal show, winter games, kick sledding, indoor nature crafts and s'mores will be roasted over the campfire.

They also offer programs such as Science Day and Awesome Astronomy for children being home schooled. These classes are offered on a regular basis.

River Bend is open weekdays 8-4:30PM and Saturday from 9-4PM and closed on Sundays.

Take Highway 60 east out of Faribault and cross the bridge and then follow the signs.
