Owatonna High School girls lacrosse and girls golf prevailed through the questionable weather conditions to win home events on Tuesday.

OHS girls lacrosse pulled away from Rochester Mayo in the second half for a 15-3 victory at Huskies Stadium. Owatonna led 6-2 at the half. Krista Kneifel scored six goals. Laura Bloomenrader added three. Katie Skalicky had a goal and four assists. The girls also presented a check for $740 to the From the Heart fundraiser. OHS conducted fundraising activities during their home game on Saturday.

OHS girls golf shot 361 Monday, led by Maddie Peglow's 79. Mankato West shot 406. Rochester JM ended up at 444.

Rochester Mayo beat OHS boys lacrosse. Albert Lea beat Owatonna baseball 5-1. The Huskies boys tennis match at Mankato East was postponed. The teams will try to make it up on Wednesday.
