Pork Congress in Minneapolis This Week

On Wednesday and Thursday I will be heading up to the Minneapolis Convention Center for Pork Congress. Yes, the farm boy is going to the big city! This is the only swine-specific show in Minnesota. There is a big trade show, educational seminars, swine industry awards and a lot of fun. I will be calling in reports both days and will host AM Minnesota live from the Convention Center on Thursday morning. This picture is my neighbor's swine nursery just down the road from my farm by Wells. I took this picture facing east as the sun was setting. With the red glow, it almost looks like the sun is setting in the east!
