State Rep. John Petersburg announces a series of meetings in Owatonna and Faribault.

Petersburg will host a town hall meeting on Thursday, February 18, at Olivia's Restaurant in Owatonna beginning at 7PM. He will discuss key issues that will be part of the 2016 legislative session. Attendees will be able to voice their thoughts and concerns as well.

On Monday, February 22, Petersburg will be hosting a public listening session on MNsure at the Owatonna Public Library from 3-5PM. The session will take place in the Gainey Room. State Rep. Greg Davids, chairman of the MNsure Legislative Oversight Committee, also will be in attendance.

On Tuesday, February 23, Petersburg will be joined by Rep. Brian Daniels and Rep. Peggy Bennett in Faribault. They will be a part of a meeting of the Select Committee on Childcare Affordability starting at 6PM at the Buckham Memorial Library.

Rep. Mary Franson, who leads the newly Select Committee on Affordable Childcare, will be in attendance as well. Parents and child care providers, as well as the general public, are encouraged to attend.
