We enjoyed tremendous summer-like weather for New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva's Homecoming last Friday and everything this was perfect except the last minute of the game (The Panthers lost 21-20 when Waterville-Elysian-Morristown scored a touchdown with 27 seconds remaining)

Medford Superintendent of Schools, Rich Dahman stopped by AM 1390 for our Talk of the Town. This spring the Minnesota Legislature offered school districts the option of Local Optional Revenue. Dahman comments

Flu Shot Clinics

Karen Fountaine of Steele County Public Health stopped by AM 1390 for our Talk of the Town to talk about the flu shot clinics.  They will be:

October 7th at Medford Manor from 9-10:30am

October 8th at Ellendale Community Center from 12:30-2:30pm

October 9th at Owatonna Senior Place from 9-11am

October 10 at Blooming Prairie Senior Dining from noon till 2pm

There will be a second round at area schools as follows:

October 8th at Medford Schools from 3:30-7:30pm

October 27th at Ellendale School from 4-7pm

October 28th at Blooming Prairie High from 4:30 till 7:30pm

November 8th at Roosevelt School in Owatonna from 9 till noon
