Owatonna’s Senior Place to Host Trip to Minnesota Lynx Game

Senior Place of Owatonna invites all basketball fans to join them on a bus trip to watch the Minnesota Lynx at Target Center on July 12. Members and nonmembers are welcome to attend.

You don't need to be a member of Senior Place to come along on this trip to see the defending WNBA champions play on Sunday, July 12, against the San Antonio Stars. The cost is $45 for members of Senior Place and anyone 18 and younger. Non-Senior Place members pay $55. Register by July 11. Call (507) 444-4280 to sign up.

The bus will depart Owatonna at 3:45PM on July 12 for the 6PM game.

The Minnesota Lynx are off to another strong start on the season after capturing their second league title last summer. Three Lynx players are on the all-star ballot. Voting continues through July 9 for Maya Moore, Lindsay Whalen and Seimone Augustus.

Senior Place membership is available to those 50 and older for $35 per year. Members are eligible for a number of discounts at local businesses.
