Owatonna Volleyball Seeks Upset at Farmington Friday; Huskies’ Seniors Talk with KRFO, Part Two

The Huskies will be looking to tame the Tigers when they play at Farmington in the Section 1AAA quarterfinals Friday night at 7PM.

The Huskies (17-11) are the No. 6 seed and edged Rochester JM Wednesday in the OHS gym. Farmington (16-10) is the third seed and had a first-round bye. Owatonna lost 2-1 to the Tigers during a weekend tournament in September.

Owatonna had about a dozen serving errors in the Wednesday match. Coach Jason Kaytor says they will need to clean that up to upset Farmington. He says the Tigers have a couple of good outside hitters.

Friday's match will be heard live on KRFO AM 1390, or through the RadioPup app.
