Owatonna Legion Baseball Rallies for Another Comeback Victory

Owatonna Post 77 scored its second straight come-from-behind win, beating the Rochester Redhawks 11-4 by scoring the final eight runs of the game.

After Rochester grabbed a 1-0 lead in the top of the first, Owatonna responded with three in the home half. The Hawks answered with a three-run homer in the second inning for a 4-3 lead, but those were their final runs of the game. Kodey Keil rebounded from giving up the home run to pitch six innings. Alec Holcomb threw the seventh.

Post 77 took the lead with a two-run third inning and scored in every inning afterward to win 11-4 and improve to 10-6 overall this summer and 7-2 in the district. Abe Havelka homered for Owatonna and Brady Schuster stung the ball all night.
