No. 2AAA Red Wing topped the Owatonna boys basketball team Friday night 64-40. The Owatonna High School girls won at Red Wing 90-75. 

The Red Wing boys improved to 12-0 with a 64-40 win over Owatonna on Friday. The Wingers led 31-23 at the half and out rebounded the Huskies 31-19 for the game. Alex Emanuelson scored 11 points and was named the Kottke Jewelers' diamond player of the game. Mason Thein scored 10. The Huskies play at Austin on Tuesday, January 12. Red Wing hosts Rochester JM on Tuesday.

Owatonna girls won a track meet-style at Red Wing 90-75. Rachel Williamson scored 27 points and was awarded the Kottke Jewelers' diamond player of the game honor. Sydney Schultz scored 17. Carlie Langeland added 15. Jenna Zeman scored 14. OHS hosts Austin on Tuesday.
