Owatonna Art Center Happenings

The Owatonna Art Center will host their Friends of the Arts Center Fall Luncheon on Wednesday, October 19, at the Art Center. It will begin at noon. The theme will be "Memories in Music." Advance tickets are needed and are available at the Art Center and Kottke Jewelers through Friday, October 14. Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers.. Entertainment will be provided by Chelsea Hanson, Norrine Jensen and Jerry Qually. It'll also be your chance to check out the new entrance and elevator. There will also be male Waitrons. Area dignitaries will serve as waiters at the luncheon.

Currently on display at the Art Center is a quilt exhibit by Pat Cox. Also on display through October 30 is gallery of paintings by Owatonna native Greg Lipelt.

The Art Center is open Tuesday-Sunday from 1-5PM with free admission. Membership to the Art Center is $50 a year and also entitles you to discounts on several events.
