OHS Tennis beats ‘Hawks / Weax

Out of the nine Owatonna High School sports on the Tuesday schedule, only the boys tennis team got their match in...indoors...winning at Winona 5-2.

The victory improves the Huskies Big Nine record to 5-1. They are scheduled to host Austin on Thursday at 4:30.

Also on the Thursday schedule is Huskies boys lacrosse vs Century at the RCTC dome. Varsity game at 7:00. OHS baseball is scheduled to play AT Albert Lea Thursday. The teams switched their home dates when the Tigers came to Owatonna to open the season in early April. Softball is supposed to play at Rochester JM Thursday in a 4:00 double header. The Huskies have defeated the Rockets in the third place game on the Big Nine in each of the last two years. If they play, you can hear coverage on Kat Kountry 105FM and www.krforadio.com. Girls lacrosse hosts JM Thursday.
