Mantorville, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Stewartville man appeared in Dodge County court today and entered not guilty pleas to second- and third-degree murder charges.

19-year-old Donte Wilkins is accused of supplying the drugs that caused the overdose death of a Kasson man last December. An autopsy found 23-year-old Tyler Gray died of fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine intoxication. Dodge County prosecutors allege Wilkins had been selling drugs to Gray during the six months prior to his death and supplied the overdose victim with fentanyl the day before he died.

Wilkins is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on July 26th.

Wilkins is also facing felony assault and burglary charges in Olmsted County in connection with a violent home invasion near the Rochester Community and Technical College campus in late March. He is among six men charged with being involved in the home invasion.
