New Owatonna Apartment About To Open

Hamilton Management announces the new Southpointe apartment building on 18th street next to the Owatonna Hy-Vee is about to open. The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Tuesday, July 31 at 5PM. Residents will begin moving in on Wednesday, August 1. There are 37 units of which 35 are already rented. The apartment features an outdoor patio with barbecue grills and fire tables. It also has a fitness center.

Hamilton Management is in the midst of construction of another apartment project downtown on Vine Street. The project is call by its address 111 Vine. The new unit will have a retail opportunity on the ground floor. There will be a fitness center. On the top floor it will feature  a community room along with bar and fire place and big screen TV. This room will open to a rooftop terrace with barbecue grills. Most of the apartments are 1 bedroom with a few 2 bedroom units. Plans are for the 11 Vine apartments to open sometime in May or June. There will be a total of 54 units in the 5 story building. When completed it will be the tallest building in downtown Owatonna.
