National Pickleball Qualifiers

A pair of local pickleball players have qualified for the National Games: Jerry Hartmann of Owatonna and Judy Chavie of Faribault (who plays with the Owatonna group).

Results from the Senior Games 2014 in Minneapolis
 
Jerry Hartmann, Owatonna, placed 4th in 55-59 men’s doubles and also 3rd in 55-59 men’s singles.
 
Judy Chavie placed in the women’s singles.  She is from Faribault but plays with the Owatonna group.  Judy will be in a tournament this Friday in Bloomington. 
 
Congratulations
This qualifies them both to play in the National Senior Games in 2015 in Minneapolis.
 
Owatonna hosted the 2013 Senior Games which involved several sports.
