The Music Boosters of Owatonna will host their 8th annual benefit concert Saturday, January 13. The concert begins at 7PM at the Owatonna high School. There will also be a silent auction. This will open at 6PM and close after the intermission of the show.

Some of the performances will include a Rock Band, Elementary Clarinet ensemble. A number of individuals from the Owatonna Music Staff will perform. They'll not only sing but also play instruments such as tuba, violin, cello and piano. There will be students playing brass, woodwinds and percussion. The entertainment also includes the OHS Jazz Ensemble. Special guests will include new Owatonna School District Superintendent Jeff  Elstad and the Band Tangerines who will be returning to the event that they started with the first Music Boosters Concert..

Tickets will be on sale at the door. They will be $10 for adults and $5 for students. Proceeds will be used for music scholarships, student workshop along with instruments and equipment for the Owatonna Music Program.
