Mazeppa Lions Heroes In The Zumbrota-Mazeppa School District

The Zumbrota-Mazeppa Cougars hosted the Bethlehem Academy Cardinals on Friday night in Mazeppa. Normally they play in Zumbrota, but last night they wanted to pay tribute to the Mazeppa Lions Club, which donated about $55,000 to the school district for improvements.

Those included playground equipment, new wrestling mats, and new scoreboards in both the Zumbrota and Mazeppa gyms.

Activities Director Tim McAthie welcomed the Lions in attendance and thanked them for their generosity and efforts in getting the money.

And it was great to see the number of Lions at the game and here are the pictures of the two new scoreboards at Mazeppa.
