Lisa’s Logic: Seeds of Greatness and Valentine’s Day

Valentine's Day is Sunday. Right now it looks to be a little windy with a high around 20, maybe some snow. Remember our local eateries, Kernel Restaurant and Olivia's Family Restaurant. They have tasty meals and yummy pie.

Let's move on to other unique holidays in February. That includes Bake for Family Fun Month. Keep everyone involved in baking and hope it turns out. I know I've had others in the kitchen and I forget what I've done. My brother's family are all in the kitchen when they're cooking. I don't know how they do it. It's great quality time.

It is also National Prevent a Litter Month. Remember to spay or neuter your pets. Plus Planting the Seeds of Greatness Month. This may require a little homework. It is writing about finding peace within yourself.

Coming up next week is Random Act of Kindness. Every so often you hear stories of people paying for the next person's food or coffee. Pretty cool. Open the door for someone or just smiling to brighten someone's day.

It is also International Flirting Week.

Here, you have a few days to think about this one; Get a Different Name Day on the 13th to go along with Madly in Love with Me Day.

See it's not all about Valentine's Day. Hey this year is leap year. We have an extra day this month. Cool. What are you going to do with that extra day? Some people will be able to celebrate their birthday on their actual birthday.
