KRFO radio announces the play-by-play broadcast schedule for Owatonna High School spring sports. While weather and field conditions don't bode well, the plan is to carry the Huskies' baseball opener at Red Wing on Thursday, April 5 at 5PM on Kat Kountry 105FM. The Minnesota Twins will be hosting Seattle in the Target Field opener that afternoon on KRFO AM1390. If the game at Red Wing gets nixed, listen for the Huskies' home opener versus Winona on Tuesday, April 10 at Fuller Field at Dartt's Park.

The first fastpitch softball broadcast is slated for Thursday, April 12 as OHS travels to Albert Lea for a 5PM Big Nine contest on Kat Kountry 105FM. Several Owatonna lacrosse games are also on the broadcast schedule, both boys and girls matches. Owatonna's boys' lacrosse won a share of the Big Nine title alongside Northfield in 2017.
