Ginny is the KRFO Radio Pup of the Week. She's a pit mix and about 2 and a half years old. She's been in her foster home for about six months. Ginny was rescued from a shelter in Oklahoma. She's housebroken, can sit, speak and lay down when told to do so. I suspect some wives wish they had husbands that minded so good. Ginny likes being around people. She can fetch a ball but hasn't mastered the skill of returning it. Her adoption fee is $200.

It looks like the weather is about to take a turn this weekend and we'll have our first taste of winter-like weather. Make sure you have sheltered and dry places for your animals to go to if they venture outside. You may find your pet wants to eat a little more with the colder weather, make sure they have enough.

Download the KRFO RadioPup app and follow the Huskies wherever you go on your mobile device. It's football's big game this Friday, and our first winter sports season broadcast is Thursday night the 17th at 5PM on AM 1390 with Owatonna hockey.
