Izaak Walton of Owatonna’s Birthday

You're invited to stop by the Izaak Walton Building at the Steele County Free Fair this Saturday. The Owatonna Chapter will be celebrating its 90th birthday. There will be coloring books for kids and face painting between 1PM and 3PM. Short tours of the building will also be included. It will also be your opportunity to learn about the many fish that are on display along the west wall.

You'll also be shown the many interesting exhibitors inside the Izaak Walton Building.

Minnesota Division President John Crampton will be making an appearance on Saturday as well.

Membership information is available at their booth. There are also prizes you can win.

The Owatonna chapter is one of the oldest around, as it was formed just three years after the formation of the national chapter.
