How Much Rent?

There will be a couple land rent meeting in Steele County next week. Topics covered will include local historic and projected farmland rental rate trends, current farm land values and sales. There will also be a worksheet that will help determine a fair and profitable rental agreement. The meetings will be December 10th at 9:30am at the Blooming Prairie City Center and on December 17th at 2pm at the Steele County Community Center in Owatonna.
