Help The Waseca And Steele County Food Shelves

The Blooming Grove United Methodist Church is hosting their annual Run for the Loaves this Saturday, September 15. The church is on 180th Street in the North East corner of Waseca County. Funds raised go to the Steele County and the Waseca County Food Shelves.

Registration begins at 8:30AM. The Kids 1/4 Mile Run begins at 9:15AM with the 4 Mile Walk starting at 9:30AM and the 4 Mile Run starting at 10AM.The registration fee is $25. The registration fee is waived if you make a minimum donation of $50.

The course includes gravel and paved roads and will start and end at the Church. After the last participant finishes an awards ceremony will be held recognized the top age-group finishers and best over-all male/female. The participant who raises the most donations for the Food Shelves will be recognized as well.
