The National Association of Letter Carriers is once again asking for your help to Stamp Out Hunger with their annual drive to help feed families on Saturday, May 13.

Go through your cupboards for healthy nonperishable food items that you can spare, or the next time you go shopping, pick some extra items up at the store for the drive. Suggested items are beans, canned tuna in water, peanut butter, soup, vegetables, pasta, pasta sauce, cereal, oatmeal and other whole grains, canned fruit, canola or olive oil and canned meats. (No expired or items in glass containers please.)

Place the items you wish to donate in a bag and place them by your mailbox before your scheduled mail delivery time on May 13.
