Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  A bus from the Twin Cities taking a group of adults and students to a retreat in Lanesboro crashed around 9:30 AM Saturday in rural southeast Olmsted County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the bus was driving south on Highway 52 near Marion when the driver lost control and rolled into the east ditch. The roadway was icy at the time.

The State Patrol says there were 31 passengers and seven were taken to St Marys Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The bus was driven by 51-year-old Randy Joseph of Burnsville. Four of those who went to St Marys were teenagers.

The group is from a church in Burnsville.
