BP Cancer Auction

The annual Blooming Prairie Cancer Auction will be September 5th and 6th at the Cue Company in Blooming Prairie. Funds raised not only go towards cancer research but also into a local fund to help locals who are battling cancer. In April a Cancer Cab was launched to help locals who need rides for their treatment. Shari Krejci and Collette Lee stopped by for AM 1390's Talk of the Town this week. There are still a few pink flags left for sale at 10 dollars each. Sunday the 250 pink flags will be put up on the edge of Blooming Prairie. Those who would like to purchase one, may contact Shari or any other member of the cancer group.
