Blooming Prairie Masonic Lodge Auction is December 17

With the closing of the Masonic Lodge in Blooming Prairie, a decision was made to auction off the furnishings with the proceeds going to the Blooming Prairie Veteran's Memorial. The auction will take place on Saturday, December 17, at 10AM at the Masonic Lodge, across from the Senior Center.

Items up for bids include 39 seats from the old theater along with 23 wooden captain's chairs. There will also be Masonic memorabilia. Other items include an electric organ and an upright piano. There's also a number of folding chairs, a wood rocker and seven card tables. Also up for bids will be a large picture of President George Washington. Numerous other pictures along with silverware and other kitchen furnishings will be up for bids as well. There are plenty of practical and useful items along with a few hard-to-find items at this benefit auction.
